The protection of your personal data is very important to us. For this reason, we only process your data on the basis of the legal regulations (GDPR, TKG 2021). In this data protection statement, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of our website.
Contacting us
If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, your data will be stored for a period of six months in order to process the request and for the purpose of any follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that your browser stores on your device. The only technically necessary cookie stores your choice in the cookie notice (cookiesAgreed, consentV2 or cookiesDeclined, stored for one year). Cookies for web analytics are only set with your consent (see “Web analysis with Google Analytics”). You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time.
Newsletter
You have the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this purpose, we need your email address as well as your declaration to agree to be subscribed to the newsletter. As soon as you have subscribed to the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm the registration.
You may cancel the subscription to the newsletter at any time. Simply click on "unsubscribe from this list" at the end of the newsletter. We will immediately delete your data in connection with the sending of the newsletter.
Web analysis with Google Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google Analytics evaluates how our website is used, for example pages viewed, time spent, source of the visit, device type, browser and approximate location. For this purpose, cookies (_ga, _ga_Y24T3Z2B23, stored for up to two years) are set.
The data is transmitted to Google servers. This may include a transfer to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision.
Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Analytics data is deleted automatically after 14 months. We have disabled the linking with Google accounts (Google signals) and the sharing of data with Google for its own purposes. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Google.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 165(3) TKG 2021). Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future: Cookie settings.

Your rights
In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe the processing of your data is in violation of data protection legislation, or if your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can file a complaint at the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
