Quotations and orders, including commission orders with customer-supplied goods, costing, material and warehouse management for greige goods, dyes and chemicals, shipping and accounting all run in inteos® on the same database as production.
Recipe management handles recipes for every process from pre-treatment through dyeing and printing to chemical finishing and coating; the integrated colorimetry connects directly to it. A compatibility check helps to select the right machine. When an order starts, the machine settings transfer all control and setting data automatically via OPC UA and Ethernet, and shop-floor data collection reports all relevant production data back without gaps. Fabric inspection accompanies the goods from greige inspection to final inspection, with typed defect categories and structured allowance schemes. Plant view, planning and control, quality and maintenance management complete the system.
